There was a white out at sea last week with P&O Cruises’ first Bianco party lighting up the top decks of Pacific Dawn.
One of four new party concepts to be rolled out across the fleet in the coming months, Bianco, the P&O White Party, is leading the cruise line’s entertainment revolution.
P&O Cruises Entertainment Director Brett Annable said the new concept was well received by guests onboard Pacific Dawn’s seven-night Pacific Islands itinerary from Brisbane.
“With a DJ pumping out tunes from a specially-designed stage on the dance floor, smoke cannons, special white cocktails and party-goers of all ages embracing the white theme, the inaugural Bianco party was a great success,” Mr Annable said.
“The dance floor was full all night, the selfie wall was very popular and the atmosphere was electric, just as we hoped.”
Every cruise of three nights or more will feature the Bianco night while the new Gatsby-themed event, Vegas pool party and Back to School party will occur on cruises of four nights or more. Pacific Island cruises will continue to offer an afternoon island-themed sailaway party.
