A family cruise on P&O Cruises’ Pacific Pearl has become a sweeter holiday option following the addition of 10 pairs of interconnecting cabins and a New Zealand Natural ice cream parlour.
The cabins and ice cream parlour were installed during a routine dry dock between August 6-21, and are in line with additions made earlier this year to sister ship Pacific Dawn, which have proved popular with passengers of all ages.
Other changes during the dry dock included the laying of new carpets throughout the ship, and minor refurbishments to the Marquee, Mix and Orient Bars as well as the ship’s mini suites and balcony cabins.
Pacific Pearl set sail for Queensland yesterday on her first cruise post-dry dock.
