With more than 500 shore excursions on offer in 200 ports around the world, Seabourn has launched a toll free service to help Australian guests choose and book tours ahead of their cruise.
Seabourn guests can phone 1800 259 679 between 4.30am and 1.00pm from Monday to Friday and between 4.30am and 11.00am each Saturday to receive detailed information on shore tour options and assistance with booking their preferred tours.
Seabourn Director of Sales in Australia Tony Archbold said the new service provided guests with access to a dedicated team of destination experts with extensive knowledge about Seabourn’s shore excursion program.
“This new toll free number doesn’t cost a cent but provides priceless advice and peace of our mind to our guests before they travel with us,” Mr Archbold said.
“Our shore excursions offer wonderful insights into our destinations and now this dedicated hotline will help our guests choose the shore excursion that best suits them before their cruise departs.”
