Princess Australia Team Solidifies Operations across its Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Teams

Princess Cruises announced today some strategic changes across its Australia team with the integration of its Sales, Marketing and Customer teams to ensure continued success for the cruise line’s business in the region.

 Nick Ferguson has been promoted to Senior Director – Sales, Marketing & Service where he will oversee and manage all of Princess’ pre and post cruise customer touch points to strengthen Princess’ service excellence in years to come. Michele Olivier, Head of Customer Service & Experience, will now report directly to Nick to help optimise Princess’ omnichannel contact experience.

Stuart Allison, Senior Vice President Princess Cruises Asia Pacific said: “Bringing all those functions together will help us to even better serve our travel agents and their clients as we strive to build on our recognition as the most supportive cruise line in the 2020 Travel Daily awards and winner of the 2022 Readers Digest quality service award.  Nick’s 18 years of Marketing and Sales experience including 10 years helping build Australia as the biggest international market for Princess will position him to lead our integrated team for future success.”
