Welcome to Carnival Australia

The home of cruising in Australia,
New Zealand and the Pacific

Carnival Australia is part of the world’s largest leisure company, Carnival Corporation & plc, and represents seven leading cruise brands in the Australian and New Zealand market. They are Carnival Cruise Line, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises Australia, P&O Cruises World Cruising, Princess Cruises and Seabourn. Carnival Australia is overseen by the Carnival plc UK Management Committee. Carnival Australia’s cruise brands are currently subject to the worldwide suspension of cruising in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During normal operations, our brands accounted for more than 70 per cent of the Australian and New Zealand cruise passenger market, delivering memorable cruise holiday experiences close to home and further abroad. Our local ships pioneered new experiences and destinations for holidaymakers in the region for the past nearly 90 years, while our international ships have brought hundreds of thousands of visitors to see this part of the world. Carnival Australia led record industry development and made cruising one of the fastest expanding sectors of the Australian and New Zealand tourism industry, with both nations achieving growth rates placing them among the top cruise markets in the world. We look forward to the resumption of cruising when the time is right. On this site, you will find key corporate news and resources from Carnival Australia and its cruise lines as well as information on the broader cruise industry.
