Princess Cruises has reinforced its Love Boat connection with the cruise line’s Diamond Princess serving as the backdrop to an Australian marriage proposal.

After booking a Diamond Princess cruise from New Zealand to Australia and purchasing a ring, it seemed Mark’s surprise proposal was going to unravel at the airport on the way to Auckland.
Successfully navigating security and customs, Mark’s perfect moment came the following day during Diamond Princess’ formal night, when during a stunning sunset on deck he proposed to the woman of his dreams – and she said yes!
