Passengers Flock to the P&OEdge

P&O Cruises’ new adventure offering P&OEdge has been a huge hit with guests on Pacific Jewel following its debut on the ship’s latest cruise.

The most comprehensive adventure program ever to hit the high seas, P&OEdge has transformed Pacific Jewel into a floating adventure playground.

The program features 20 activities, including high rope swings, laser tag, slack lines, Segway obstacle courses, flying fox lines, funnel climbs and many more specifically designed to make use of the ship’s existing architecture.

P&O Cruises Senior Vice President Tammy Marshall said the new activities had been very popular with adults and children onboard the ship’s 10-night Pacific Islands cruise, which returned to Sydney today.

“From climbing the ship’s funnel to swinging on high ropes in the atrium, wherever you turned on the ship there was a passenger getting a very different perspective on their cruise,” Ms Marshall said.

“All these activities are great fun on land, but when you do them at sea the motion of the ship adds an amazing fourth dimension which makes for a truly memorable experience.”
