At a time when a small number of critics question the environmental practices of the global cruise industry, there are encouraging signs that its commitment to sustainability is actually being noticed.
Recently Fox News devoted a feature article to what it described as the cruise industry's vastly improved performance in environmental protection. This could easily have been reporting on Carnival Australia's approach to sustainable cruise tourism in our region.
