Carnival Cruise Line Recognised for Friendly Service

The Carnival Cruise Line team is all smiles after winning the inaugural Friendly Award for cruise lines at the 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards.
Carnival claimed the title of Australia’s friendliest cruise line during a gala presentation in Melbourne.

Held by the Customer Service Institute of Australia, the Australian Service Excellence Awards have been recognising and rewarding Australia’s most customer service-driven organisations and individuals since 2001. This year the Institute has expanded the program to include The Friendly Awards – a category of awards that recognise Australia’s friendliest companies across 15 key industries.

The Friendly Awards are based solely on consumers’ experience with Australia’s leading brands. CSIA polled 2,000 Australians across the country to identify the providers of the friendliest customer service and more than 300 leading companies were considered.
